FIELD TRIPS
The Beverly Center 13 Field Trip Program involves 5 easy steps:

Step One: Read the program information below carefully.
  • Minimum 50 people. *No exceptions
  • 9:30am arrival time Monday thru Friday; movie starts ASAP. Expect noon exit
  • $9 per person for ticket, small drink, small popcorn -- includes $3 in discounts
  • The discount program is a package; concessions must be included with each ticket purchased, including students, teachers and parents. *No exceptions
  • Choose any movie currently playing or upcoming in our theaters
  • Concession stand will be open for additional purchases
  • Payment due in full a week in advance of event at the Rave Corporate Office in Dallas. *No purchase orders accepted. Payment details included on agreement
  • No refunds or exchanges on your prepaid invoice or on unused tickets or concessions; underestimate your total count by 5 ? 10 people
  • All attendees over the prepaid amount simply pay $9 on arrival on event day
  • These events will not be in private auditoriums
  • No field trip booking is final until the Group Agreement is signed and faxed.

Step Two: Send the following to fieldtrips@beverlycenter13.com
  • First and second choice date options; we will book you for first available
    • TWO date options required
    • First choice dates are not guaranteed; do not publicize event date until you have received booking information
  • School/group name
  • Full billing address with zip code
  • School phone number (primary contact number)
  • Cell phone number (secondary contact number) -- *Required
  • Estimated head count in your group (underestimate by 5-10)
  • Confirm final cost (Everyone pays package price of $9)
  • Confirm 9:30am arrival time
  • Please let us know how you heard about our program.

Step Three: Receive booking documents, read carefully. Request changes if necessary or sign and fax agreement

Step Four: Collect money, request check and mail to Dallas for receipt by due date listed

Step Five: Enjoy the movie!!
